Nutriee Fish was born out of a stubborn question: Why is protein-rich fish rotting in baskets while children go to bed hungry?
What started with a borrowed blender is now a system-level response to a broken food chain. We mapped high-malnutrition counties, listened to mothers, and earned the trust of skeptical fish farmers by showing them how early off-take could slash production costs and guarantee buyers. Our model emerged from urgency—but grew through conviction. No refrigeration. No waste. Just dignity, nutrition, and community-led resilience
